The positions are located at the Jordan Creek location   (the very large campus south of Jordan Creek Mall)


Hours vary –

Shifts Available: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM, 10:30 AM -7:30 PM, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM and every fourth Saturday, 8 AM – 2 PM.

Training will begin on Monday, April 7th for 6 weeks. Hours during training will be 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.


Salary to be offered – $13 – $13.50 range


These are entry level customer service positions –

– Participate in and support customer service department goals.
– Efficiently handle a variety of customer inquiries regarding home mortgages.
– Become a subject matter expert of mortgage banking processes, procedures and internal and external resources.
– Actively identify, develop and execute best practices to better serve our internal and external customers.
– Possess strong knowledge of all Wells Fargo services to meet the needs of our customers.
– Prioritize quality and efficiency in resolving customer issues.
– Minimize call escalations by gaining our customer’s trust and confidence.


Basic Qualifications

1+ years customer service experience and 1+ years computer experience


Minimum Qualifications

Customer service focused. Proven experience with listening and eliciting information effectively. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong PC skills including ability to troubleshoot common problems and navigate the internet/intranet.


– Excellent phone etiquette.

– Ability to learn how mortgage accounts are maintained and explain mortgage information to customers.

– Ability to navigate through several computer systems and applications simultaneously.

– Strong research, problem identification and problem resolution skills.

– Strong math skills.

– Ability to interact professionally and build relationships with internal and external customers, and business partners, and teammates.

– Good organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent attention to detail.
