Each year Latinos Unidos Provides scholarships and other supports for Iowa LatinX youth to attend Iowa training programs, colleges, and universities. Latinos Unidos strives to engage the community in the process of investing in our collective future and uses an asset-based participatory approach to provide financial support for youth.
Your individual dollars are leverages against funds provided by our business partners (e.g. Sonia Paras Law Office, Diversity Insurance Inc, La Reina y La Ley Radio Stations. Chevron, etc.) and re-leveraged against Iowa higher learning institutions. This makes it possible to double and sometimes triple your individual donation thus providing additional financial support for Iowa youth.
